摘要
阐述了在培训变电站投运过程中,以一次断路器误动处理过程为主线,从理论上定性、定量地分析故障产生的原因。并对如何迅速判断类似故障,提出了意见和相关防范措施。
This paper, focusing on a circuit breaker misoperation in the training process of substation startup, analyzes qualitatively and quantitatively in theory the failure causes. Then some advices and preventive measures are put for ward about how to determine a similar failure quickly.
