摘要
本文概述了以研制电子设备为主要任务的研究机构在多品种、小批量生产时的技术准备和生产管理中的不足之处,简要提出了改进措施。探讨了应用成组技术的可行性,提出了对分类编码的初步设想。
This paper expounds scientific research organization, which takes electronicequipments as an important task, getting technical ready for multivariety and smallproduce in quantity as well as shortcomiog in produce management. For this, authorpresents improvement measure. Possibility of application group technology is discussedand initial assumption of classifying coding is also given in the paper.
