摘要
目的:观察走罐疗法配合穴位埋线治疗女性肥胖病的疗效。方法:将85例女性肥胖病的患者随机分为埋线走罐组(43例)、常规针刺组(42例)。走罐疗法,腹部以神阙穴至关元穴长度为半径顺时针方向、腰部大腿顺肌肉走向进行走罐。埋线治疗依据脏腑、气血、经络的基本原理,取天枢、中脘、建里、下脘、水分、气海、关元等穴,以1次/10 d,治疗3个月。常规针刺组依据中医"辨证施治"的基本原理常规取穴隔日1次,治疗3个月。观察治疗前后体质量、肥胖度、体质指数(BMI)、体脂百分率的变化。结果:走罐疗法配合穴位埋线治疗后,患者肥胖指标均显著下降(均P<0.01)。结论:走罐疗法配合穴位埋线对肥胖病患者有显著疗效。
Objective ： To observe the curative effect of female obesity treated by moving cupping and point embedding therapy. Methods ： 85 cases of female obesity patients were randomly divided into moving cupping with point embedding therapy group （43 cases） and conventional acupuncture group （42 cases）. Moving cupping：In the abdomen, cupping clockwise rotation to the lenth of Shenque to Guanyuan for radius. In the waist and on the thigh cupping to muscles＇ trends;embedding therapy basis on the princi- ple of viscera, qi and blood, meridian, the points of Tianshu, Zhongwan, Jianli, Xiawan, Shuifen, Qihai, Guanyuan were chosen, 10 times a day, for 3 months. Conventional acupuncture group：According to the basic principle of traditional Chinese medicine syn- drome differentiation, conventional acupoint selection was made twice a day, for 3 months. The patients＇ changes of quality, obesi-ty, body mass index （BMI）and body fat percentage were observed before and after treatment. Results：After the treatment of moving cupping and point embedding therapy, patients＇ obesity indexes were decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Moving cup-ping and point embedding therapy for obese patients have remarkable curative effect.
