摘要
报告1例伴有基底动脉瘤的急性脑梗死患者行溶栓治疗的护理。要点包括:风险识别和快速的院内转运、有效的护患沟通和充分的溶栓前护理评估。患者在到院58min后及时接受溶栓治疗,并通过溶栓后的严密监护和及时护理获得成功救治。
This paper introduces the nursing experience of an acute cerebral infarction patient with basilar artery aneurysm receiving thrombolytic therapy. The key points in nursing were risk identification, rapid transfer, efficient nurse-patient communication and full risk assessment before thrombolytic therapy. The patient received thrombolytic therapy 58 minutes after he arrived at the hospital, and finally got successful treatment by closely monitoring and timely nursing.
