摘要
党的十八大报告提出2020年城乡居民人均收入比2010年翻一番,强调千方百计增加居民收入,指出实现两个同步,提高两个比重,着力促进农民增收,规范收入分配秩序,坚持走共同富裕道路等重要论断,是我国经济快速发展的必然要求,是贯彻落实科学发展观的重要体现,是转变经济发展方式的必然选择,是实现全面建成小康社会宏伟目标的重要内容,是对重大社会关切的应有回应。山西省要采取有效措施,千方百计增加城乡居民收入,为再造一个新山西奋力拼搏。
The report of eighteen Party Congress required that the per capita income of urban and rural residents in 2020 are twice of that in 2010,That emphasized to make every attempt to increase the income of residents,and pointed out that the two synchronous,enhanced two ratios,To increase farmers＇ income,standardize the order of income distribution and adhere to the road of common prosperity and other important inference are the inevitable requirement of China＇s rapid economic development and implement the scientific outlook on development and also the inevitable choice of the transformation of economic development mode and achieve a comprehensive well-off society grand goal into an important content,It is also due to concerns about significant social response.Shanxi province will take effective measures,make every attempt to increase the income of urban and rural residents in order tostrive to build a new Shanxi.
