摘要
企业社会责任倾向对于消费者行为有着极为重要的影响。本文在梳理企业社会责任倾向和消费者行为文献的基础上,实证分析了企业社会责任倾向与消费者行为的关系。分析的结果表明:企业社会责任的四个维度:经济责任、法律责任、道德责任和慈善责任对于消费者行为有着显著的影响,其影响是正的,并提出相关的对策。
Corporate social responsibility has a very important effect on consumers' behavior. Based on the summary of the corporate social responsibility and consumer behavior literature, this paper has an empirical analysis of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and consumer behavior. This paper shows that four dimensions of corporate social responsibility including economic responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility and charitable responsibility have a significant impact on consumer behavior. The impact is positive.This paper puts forward relevant countermeasures.
