摘要
海洋活性物质主要包括生物信息物质 ,生理活性物质 ,海洋生物毒素及生物功能材料等。本文简要介绍了具有新药研究开发前景的海洋活性物质研究的若干进展。重点讨论了抗肿瘤药物的研究 ,心血管疾病防治药物的研究 ;海洋生物毒素的研究和海洋生物皂甙 ,海胆糖脂 ,海洋微生物抗生素等的研究进展 ,为我国研究开发海洋药物提供有益参考。
Bioinformational substances, physiological active substances, marine biotoxin and biofunctional materials were included in the marine active substances. Advances on study of marine active substances for research and development of new drugs were described. The focus point of discussion on anti tumour drugs, prevent and treatment drugs for heat and blood vessel disease, marine biotoxin. The useful informations are made to expand new marine drugs in China.
