摘要
高等教育内涵发展的新阶段、新要求,催生了以"协同创新"为指导思想的"2011计划"的颁布实施。这一计划紧密地契合了高校卓越工程师培养的要求,为其进一步明确人才培养定位指明了方向。在"协同创新"思想指导下,高校要积极争取、联合政校企等多方面的支持,构建政府、中介机构、行业、企业、科研院所及其他高校等多维支持结构,形成高校卓越工程师培养的协同模型和策略。
The new stage and new requirements of development of higher education has given birth to a ＂2011 plan＂ which take ＂collaborative innovation＂ as the core guiding ideology. This plan closely fit the requirements of college＇s Excellent Engineer training, and further clarifies the Orientation of Talent Cultivation. Under the guidance of ＂collaborative innovation＂, colleges and universities should actively strive for allying sel~ with government, school, industry and enterprises. And build the multi-dimensional support structure of the government, intermediary institutions, industry, enterprises, research institutes and other colleges and universities so as to form a collaborative models and strategies of the colleges and universities＇ excellence Engineer Training.
