摘要
大学组织结构的同质化现象在我国大学比较普遍。我国公立大学组织结构同质化表现为外部同质化和内部同质化两个主要特征。导致我国大学组织结构同质化的原因主要有大学的创生环境、发展环境、模仿性趋同力量、组织设置的路径依赖性以及办学自主权的缺失等方面。解决大学组织结构同质化问题,一是需要大学根据自身发展目标进行合理组织设计;二是针对大学组织特色实现内部组织的个性化设置;三是适应大学内外部环境变化调整内部组织结构形式。此外还需要进一步调整政府与大学的关系,增强大学内部组织结构的自我优化能力。
The phenomenon of homogenization of universities' organization structure is actually relatively common, and it means that different universities copy each other in organization construction and tend to be the same. The homogenization of universities' organization structure mainly contains two characteristics: external homogeneity and internal homogeneity. The cause of university organization structure homogeneity in China mainly contains several aspects, such as the creative environment, the development environment of institutions of higher learning, the strength of imitative convergence, the path dependent on organization setting, and the lack of the autonomy of the university running, etc. Three basic countermeasures are put forward to solve the existent problems: Moreover, by further adjusting and updating the relationship between the government and universities need further adjustment to realize the self-optimization of the universities' internal organizational structure.
