摘要
目的：探讨高血压脑出血手术治疗疗效。方法：对９６例高血压脑出血手术治疗病例进行回顾性分析。结果：手术效果较好，死亡率为２１．９％。结论：掌握手术时机尽早解除脑受压是手术成功的关键，而选择麻醉及快速骨窗开颅减轻二次损害亦是重要因素。
Objective:To study the effect of surgical treatment on hypertension cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:96 cases of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage were analysed .Results:After operation, Out of 96 cases 78. 1 percent patients were cure, and 21 .9 percent patients were dead. Conclu- sion:It is the key factor of grasping the operation chance and removing the pressure on brain as soon as early.
