摘要
本文主要介绍中船九院BIM团队在BIM应用初级阶段的一部分工作。结合中交南方总部大楼项目,运用Bentley系列软件,开展信息化建模及多专业三维协同,利用信息化模型在实际项目施工前期检查、排除以往难以解决的各类问题,并在此模型平台上尝试进行施工图生成、CFD模拟分析、施工模拟等工作。希望通过不断的积累和努力,用BIM提升传统业务价值,并拓展其全生命周期服务的价值。
In this paper, the application of BIM in CCCC southern headquarters building project, in use of Bentley Series software, by CSSC BIM team is introduced. Thanks to the information modeling and multi-disciplinary 3D collaboration, pre-check of the actual construction executed, to exclude kinds of problems that cannot be solved previously. Also, working drawings generation, CFD simulation analysis and construction simulation work were also executed in this model platfoml.
