摘要
目的 研究动态基线的报警线控制图法 ,并用于出生缺陷监测。方法 根据基线数据制定报警线和警告线 ,然后判断出生缺陷的发生是否有增加或降低。结果 根据动态基线的报警线控制图法 ,未发现畸形 E的发生有增加。
Objective To study the control charts with warning lines for dynamic baseline and to apply it in birth defects monitoring.Methods The authers computed the alarming lines and warning lines according to the baseline and judged the change of the birth defects.Results The incidence of birth defect E had no increase compared with former three years.Conclusions It will obtain error result if ignored the stability of the baseline.
