摘要 介绍了车用汽油、车用柴油、3号喷气燃料和润滑油基础油等炼油主要产品标准的发展历程。总的发展趋势是不断降低车用汽油和柴油的硫含量,合理控制车用汽油的烯烃含量;以加氢法生产的Ⅱ类或Ⅲ类润滑油基础油将成为润滑油生产工艺的主流。我国炼油产品标准的制定既要符合环保排放要求,又要适应我国炼油工业特点,符合中国国情。为适应油品标准的变化,中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司自1998年率先在国内实现车用汽油无铅化后,坚持科技创新,围绕劣质原油加工、汽柴油质量升级,先后采用了生产优质柴油同时增产加氢尾油的中压加氢裂化(RMC)技术、汽油加氢异构脱硫降烯烃(RIDOS)技术、提高劣质柴油十六烷值的RICH技术、催化裂化汽油降烯烃MIP-CGP技术、催化汽油吸附脱硫(S-Zorb)和柴油超深度加氢脱硫(RTS)等先进技术。从2000年到2012年,用了12 a的时间,完成了车用汽油、车用柴油从欧Ⅰ到欧Ⅴ的质量升级。北京燕山分公司作为中国石化汽柴油质量升级的试验基地,对上述新技术可靠性进行了验证,为国内炼油企业汽柴油质量升级创造了有利条件。 The development of standards of main oil products such as motor gasoline,diesel,3# jet fuel and lube base oil,etc is introduced.The main development trend is the continuous reduction of sulfur in gasoline and diesel and appropriate control of olefin in motor gasoline.The Class Ⅱ and Class Ⅲ lube base oils produced from hydrogenation process will become the main base oil products in the lube oil market.The preparation of standards for the refinery oil products meet the emission requirement for environmental protection and requirements of China oil industry.To keep up with the changes of standards of oil products in China,SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company first implemented clear motor gasoline in China in 1998,and adopted a series of new process and technologies such as mild hydrocracking process(RMC) for production of high quality diesel and hydrocracking tail oil,gasoline isomerization desulfurization process(RIDOS),RICH process for improvement of cetane number of low-quality diesel,MIP-CGP process for reduction of olefins in FCC gasoline,S-Zorb process for absorption desulfurization of FCC gasoline,RTS process for diesel ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization,etc.The motor gasoline and diesel were upgraded from Euro-Ⅰ standard to Euro-Ⅴ standard in 12 years from 2000 to 2012.SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company,which is an experiment base of gasoline and diesel of SINOPEC has verified the above-mentioned state-of-the-art processes and technologies,which provide good conditions for gasoline and diesel upgrading of petroleum refineries in China.
