摘要
目的:研究探讨白内障青光眼联合手要患者围手术期护理的作用。方法:选取2012年5月～2013年5月接受住院治疗的48例白内障青光眼患者,对其分别实施术前护理、用药指导、心理护理、健康宣教等围手术期的护理措施。观察患者眼内压的变化及视力的恢复情况。结果:所有患者眼压均得到有效控制,43例患者的视力有不同程度的提高,无严重手术并发症的发生。结论:对于白内障青光眼患者联合手术治疗过程实施一系列的精心护理,稳定了患者的心理情绪,大大降低了手术的风险,对提高手术治疗的成功率起到了非常积极的作用。
Objective：To study the effects of nursing care to patients with cataracts and glaucoma surgeries.Methods：Selecting 48 patients with cataracts and glaucoma hospitalized in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013,all the patients were given perioperative nursing measures,such as pre-operative nursing care,medication guide,psychological nursing,health education and so on.Observe the changes of intraocular pressure and vision recovery.Results：The intraocular pressure of all patients are under control,43 cases of them have different degrees vision recovery,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusions：A series of good nursing care to patients with cataracts and glaucoma surgeries,can help stabilize the psychological mood of patients,greatly reduce the risk of surgery,and play an important role in improving the success rate of surgery.
