摘要
人格特征影响学术品质。本研究采用卡特尔(16PF)量表对苏州理工学院三、四年级的全体会计学专业学生和按大类招生的倾向于会计学专业的部分学生进行测查。结果显示:学生热情、乐群、通达人情,思维敏捷、善于抽象思考、接受知识的能力强或较强,但低稳定性、低独立性、高兴奋性、高世故性的人格特征制约了他们原本优秀的人格因素的发挥。表现在:过分在乎被认同,易受环境影响;心智不够坚定,做事苟且敷衍,社会责任感不强;易于激动,对境遇常感觉焦虑和不满意;创造力整体较低;少数学生心理调节能力差。结合学生的人格缺陷、会计学专业特点和会计执业素质要求,从环境影响力、学习内驱力和执行力、创造力、心理健康等视角提出教学对策,以确保人才培养的人本性和有效性。
Personality traits influence academic quality.By the use of Chattel's 16 PF scale,a testing for all the 3rd or 4th grade students of accounting major and some students who tend to accounting recruited by the large classification of subjects in Suzhou Institute of Technology was conducted.The findings are that,In spite of enthusiasm,gregariousness,considerate understanding,quick-wittedness,good abstract thinking and strong ability to accept,the students' original excellent personality factors haven't been brought into play because of low emotion stability,low independence,high excitability,high sophistication.They are easily affected by environment,lack of stable mind,perfunctory,week Social responsibility,emotional,anxious about and unsatisfied with actual situation,short of creativity,and a few students have poor psychological adjustment ability.Put forward to teaching strategies from environment influence,learning drive and execution,creativity,mental health etc.to ensure humanism and effectiveness of talent development.
