摘要
1998年我国 7个城市参加了国际戒烟竞赛 ,参赛者共 3.8万人。对参赛者进行随机抽样调查 ,一月戒烟率为 6 9.4% ,一年戒烟成功率为 44 .7%。影响戒烟一年成功的主要因素有“竞赛一月期间戒烟成功”和“参赛目的为了戒烟”,OR分别为 11.74和 8.11。此外戒烟有人帮助和吸烟量少也有利于戒烟的成功。由于卫生部和各市周密计划 ,良好组织和动员 ,使竞赛十分成功。竞赛调动了各部门和广大群众控烟工作的积极性。为促进今后控烟活动的开展具有重要意义。
Chinese ‘Quit smoking and Win’was conducted in 1998.38 thousand participants from seven cities took part in the competition.All subjects were followed up one month and one year.Quitting rates in one month and in one year were 69.4% and 44.7% respectively.Main factors for successful quitting in one year were “successful quitting in one month” and “Aim to quit smo king in the competition”. OR values were 11.74 and 8.11 respectively.Since the excellent planning,organization and social mobilization from MOH and cities,the competition was great successful.It has encouraged various departments and people to take part in smoking control activity and promoted smoking control in the future.
