摘要
目的:了解温州市苍南县城乡居民突发自然灾害基本防护知识与技能的掌握情况及健康教育需求,为制定相关干预策略和健康传播活动提供科学依据。方法:采取多阶段随机抽样方法,在苍南县抽取2个社区与2个行政村,共488名城乡居民进行问卷调查。结果:苍南县城乡居民应对突发自然灾害相关知识与技能总知晓率为71.69%,男性知晓水平稍高于女性,知晓水平随着年龄的增加而下降,随着文化程度的升高则上升。城镇居民知晓率为73.38%,略高于农村居民70.11%(χ2=19.26,P<0.01),并且城镇居民的防灾健康教育需求为71.27%,高于农村居民的62.30%(χ2=22.05,P=<0.01)。城乡居民最为关注的健康教育信息分别是防灾避险措施与灾后防病知识,最喜爱的健康教育传播媒介为电视、报刊、手机短信。结论:苍南县城乡居民应对本地区突发自然灾害认知程度偏低,要根据不同年龄、文化程度、城乡之间的差异及需求进一步调整干预策略,运用有效传播渠道,有所侧重地开展防灾健康教育活动。
Objective To understand people＇s basic protection knowledge, skills and their needs of sudden natural dis- asters and to provide scientific basis for its related intervention strategies for the urban and rural residents of Cangnan. Methods Using multi--stage random sampling,488 residents from 2 community and 2 villages of Cangnan County were investigated with the questionnaire of sudden natural disasters. Results The overall level of awareness of knowedge and skill about sudden natural disasters related was 71.69% and the rate of male was slightly higher than that of female. The rate rose with the education degree,but declined with age. The awareness and needs of urban residents about pre- vention knowledge of sudden natural disasters were higher than the rural ones＂ and the results showed statistical signifi- cance（73.38% vs70.11%,X2=19.26, P〈0.01） （71.27% vs 62.30%,X2=22.05,P--〈0.01）,but the most con- cern of both urban and rural residents was prevention measures about sudden disaster and how to avoid danger. Be- sides,they all preferred learning the related knowledge from TV, newspapers and short message. Conclusions Cognitive level about regional sudden natural disasters of residents of Cangnan County was low. according to age, education degree and urban or not, Health educaion should be carried out based on age, educational background,and differences between urban and rural areas. Prevention measures of sudden natural disasters should be taken by some effective transmission channels.
