施密特平行轴联轴器扭振特性分析

摘要 施密特平行轴联轴器是一种适合较大偏距的平行轴之间连接的联轴器,其动态性能对整个传动系统的传动质量有较大影响,但目前还缺乏对该类联轴器动态特性分析的有效方法。通过将输入、输出构件和施密特平行轴联轴器耦合,建立整个传动系统的扭转振动模型,基于能量法导出扭振动力学方程,并按上述方法对某型施密特平行轴联轴器进行固有特性和动态响应分析,结果表明所提出的方法具有简易性和通用性,能在设计阶段对传动系统的动态特性进行分析和预估。 Schmidt offset coupling is a coupling,it is suitable for connecting two parallel axis which have large partial distance.The dynamic performance of the transmission system has great influence on the quality of the transmission,but there is still lack of effective methods of the coupling dynamic characteristic analysis.Through coupling the input,output components and Schmit offset coupling,a dynamic model analysis model of the system is established and dynamical equations of transmission system are built based on energy method.The natural characteristics and the dynamic response analysis of torsional vibration model of this drive system are carried out.The results show that the proposed method has simplicity and universal,it can analyze and predict drive system dynamic characteristics in the design phase.
