摘要
微信是腾讯公司推出的一款免费的手机通信软件,微信公众平台是腾讯公司在微信的基础上新增的功能模块,本文介绍了微信和微信公众平台的功能特点,从用户数、免费性、微信公众平台的功能特点方面探讨了它们应用于图书馆服务的可行性,考察了一些微信服务的成功案例,最后在杭州图书馆进行了一定程度的实践应用,为其他图书馆应用微信提供了参考和借鉴。
WeChat is a mobile text and voice messaging communication service developed by Tencent in China for free,and WeChat Public Platform is a new functional modules. This paper introduces the features of WeChat and WeChat Public Platform,and discusses the feasibility of applying them into library services in the aspects of the number of users,free of charge and functional characteristics.The author investigates some successful cases,and then applies it into practical application of Hangzhou Library,so as to provide reference for other libraries.
