摘要 从3G移动通信技术的特点和优势出发,本文提出了一种基于3G网络技术的防汛移动通信系统,详述了该系统的功能组成、组网方案、特点,通过将3G移动通信技术应用于防汛移动通信系统,利用3G移动通信网组成无线局域网来传输各黄河大堤的视频和控制信息,为防汛指挥系统组网提供了一条新路。 According to the characteristics and advantages of 3G mobile communication technology, put forward based on the flood control system for mobile communications of 3G network technology., details the functions of the system composition, network scheme and characteristics, the application of 3G mobile communication technology to flood prevention system for mobile communications, the use of 3G mobile communication network of wireless local area network (LAN) to transmit video and control information of each of the Yellow River levee network provides a new road for flood control and command system.
