摘要
随着社会对英语人才要求的进一步提升和高校的扩招,大学英语教学与学习的方式已发生了根本性的转变。民办高校面对这种转变如何提高和发展大学英语教师的职业能力是一个迫切需要解决的问题。为此,本文通过对民办高校大学英语教师职业发展现状的分析,探讨民办高校大学英语教师提高自身职业素质的对策。
With the social increasing requirements for the English talents,as well as the expansion of universities,the way in English teaching and learning has been a fundamental change.For such a change,it is an urgent problem for private universities to improve and develop college English teachers＇professional capacity.Based on the status analysis of college English teachers in private universities,the paper discusses the solutions to improve college English teachers＇professional qualities.
