摘要
参考普通单螺杆挤出机经典理论,建立了考虑锥度影响的固体和熔体产量模型及压缩段的熔融模型。分析模型发现,与普通平直螺杆挤出机相比,锥形单螺杆挤出机固体输送率和熔体输送率有所增加;熔融段长度减小;挤出段产量有波动。
developed analyzing favorable extruding On the basis of classic extrusion theory, the conical degree can be analyzed by the solid and melttransportion models as well as melting model in compression section. By models and comparing with classic straightness screw, the conical geometry was for increasing output while decreasing the length of melting zone. The output of zone was fluctuated.
