摘要
医疗保险付费方式与公立医院体制机制的适配性,关系到医药卫生体制改革的成败。文章探讨了保险付费方式和公立医院体制机制搭配的依据、错配的形式和矫正的思路,并向政府提出统筹推进医疗保险付费方式改革和公立医院综合改革的政策建议。
The suitability between payment mode of medical insurance and state-owned hospital system is related to the suc- cess of medical system reform. The basis of payment mode of medical insurance matching state-owned hospital system, content of mismatching between them, and methods to rectify it were discussed. Based on which, some policy suggestions to overall improve reform on payment mode of medical insurance and state-owned hospitals were put forward.
