摘要
通过ANSYS模态分析,得到模态频率随尺寸参数的大致变化规律,进行尺寸参量的灵敏度分析,为设计变量的最终确定提供判断依据;通过建立矩形复合压电振子的ANSYS参数化模型,设定能够实现振幅与频率匹配、频率兼并的目标函数,期间依据模态知置信准则进行工作模态的识别,实现对振子的参数优化设计。最后经ANSYS优化程序得到压电复合振子最优尺寸参数,通过理论计算验证了该方法的可行性。
The general change rule that modal frequency varies with the size parameters was got by ANSYS modal anal- ysis, by which the size parameters sensitivity was analysed in order to choice design variables. Through establishing para- metric model of rectangular composite piezoelectric resonators, objective function that can realize the amplitude and fre- quency matching and the frequency merger was set. The working mode was determined by modal assurance criteria, and the optimization analysis of rectangular vibrator was realized. The correctness and the feasibility of the method were verified by theoretical calculation.
