盐岩水平溶腔储库可用性的数值模拟研究 被引量:7

Numerical Simulation of Usability of Horizontal Salt Cavern Used as Gas Storage

摘要 我国盐矿具有多夹层、单层薄的特点。目前国内外盐岩溶腔研究主要集中在垂直溶腔上,这类溶腔往往穿过夹层,引起层状盐岩层内多重剪切破坏,不利于溶腔的稳定。水平溶腔,垂直高度小,不穿过夹层,将是一个较好的选择。通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件,基于某盐矿地质条件,对圆形截面水平溶腔和倒梯形截面水平溶腔分别按照不同的尺寸进行了稳定性分析对比,分析了溶腔在建腔完成之后以及周期注采情况下运营30 a后的最小扩容破坏安全系数和体积收缩率。结果表明,圆形截面更适合于水平溶腔,倒梯形水平溶腔最优尺寸为36∶24∶12,圆形截面最优尺寸为直径30m。 The rock salt deposits usually have such characters as many interlayers and thin thickness of interlayer in our country. At present, the domestic and foreign research on dissolution cav- ern in rock salt mainly concentrated in vertical dissolution cav- ern. However, vertical dissolution cavern always passes through interlayer and cause multiple shear failure of strata with bedded rock salt, which is not conducive to the stability of cavern. Using horizontal dissolution cavern as gas storage will be a good choice because it usually not passes through interlayer and has a small vertical height. Based on the geological conditions of some salt mine, by using FLAC3D software, the stability of horizontal disso- lution caverns with circular section or inverted trapezium section and different dimensions was analyzed and compared.The minimum dilation damage safety factor and volume closure ratio of cavern after the completion of its construction and cyclic loading -unloading operation of 30 years were analyzed. The drew con- clusion was that circular section is more suitable to horizontal storage cavern, the optimal size of cavern with inverted trapezium section is 36 : 24 : 12( upper bottom width : high : lower bot- tom width), while the optimal diameter of cavern with circular section is 30 m.
