摘要
根据轨道客车现有防腐涂装体系的现状和VOC排放的情况,预测未来几年轨道客车的需求量及其对涂料的使用量,从而预计出VOC排放量,通过对比水性涂料体系和高固体分涂料体系与现有涂装体系的VOC排放量,提出了降低VOC排放量的思路,为轨道客车防腐涂装降低VOC排放应选择何种涂料配套体系提供了参考。
Acco railway vehicles, rding to the era'rent anti-corrosive coating system and VOC emission in e estimated VOC emission by evaluating the quantity demand of railway re-hicles in the years to come and the corresponding usage of paints as well as comparing VOC e-mission of water-based paint system and high solid paint system with VOC emission of current coating system, this paper proposes the idea of reducing VOC emission and provides a refer-ence for selecting which kind of coating system to reduce VOC emission in the anti - corrosive coating of railway vehicle.
