莪术油对CIN组织中Ki67、P16、P53蛋白表达的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Zedoary oil on immunity-related transcription factor in CIN tissue

摘要 目的:分析莪术油在治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)中的药理作用机制。方法:选择组织学诊断为CIN患者100例,CINⅠ33例行Leep术,CINⅡ33例及CINⅢ34例行冷刀锥切术,(均为切缘不净,要求保留子宫及生育功能,拒绝补充二次手术),术后第7天补充莪术油栓1.74 g/粒,每晚1粒置于宫颈处,(月经期停用),连续用药3个月,阴道镜下宫颈组织取活检,再次作病理免疫组化检测Ki67、P16、P53蛋白表达,与用药前蛋白表达比较。结果:不同组别CIN患者莪术油治疗后P16蛋白阳性表达率较莪术油治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);P53、ki67蛋白阳性表达,除CINⅠ组治疗前、后差异无统计学意义外,CINⅡ、Ⅲ组患者莪术油治疗后阳性表达率均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:莪术油治疗CIN患者后能够有效降低P16、P53、ki67蛋白阳性表达率,莪术油对CIN有一定的治疗作用。 Objective: To analyze Zedoary oilg pharmacologic action mechanism by comparing the protein expression of Ki6, P16, [53 in CIN tissue before and after the treatment. Methods: 30 ~ 40 aged patients diagnozed as CIN were chosen in diagnostic sense in Hebei United University Affiliated Hospital. All of them were divided into three groups although they reserved uterine and fertile function with un- clear cutting edge and refused to take the supplemental operation. 31 patients were in the first group, who underwent Loop Electrosurgical Ex- cision Procedure (LEEP), 33 patients were in the second group, and 34 patients were in the third group, who underwent cervical cold knife conization. After their operation, the protein expressions of Ki67, P16, P53 in cervical tissue were tested. All the patients were requested to use one zedoary oil suppository, 1.74 g/soft gel, in cervix uteri every night since the seventh day after operation and stopping use it dur- ing menstrual period. The treatment lasted three months. After the three - month treatment, the protein expressions of Ki67, P16, P53 was tested again. Results: P16 protein expression was decreased in all patients after using zedoary oil as a treatment, and there was significant difference between before and after treatment. The protein expressions of 1'53 and Ki67 of the patients in second and third group were de- creased, and there were on significant differences compared with those of the first group. Conclusion : The positive rate of protein expressions of P16, P53, Ki67 will be decreased effectively after the zedoary oil treatment. Zedoary oil has some certain effect on CIN.
