摘要
公共部门的信息资源不仅数量庞大而且蕴含着巨大价值,开展公共信息资源增值服务可以充分挖掘其潜在价值,发挥其应有的作用。本文在对公共部门和增值服务进行定义的基础上,分析了公共部门开展信息增值服务的意义,提出了进一步推进公共部门信息资源增值服务的发展策略。
Public sector information resources is not only with large quantity and contains a huge value, public information resources value-added service can fully tap its potential value, play its proper role in the public sector and value-added ser- vices on the basis of the definition of, analysis of the significance of public sector information value-added services, and puts forward the further development strategy of public sector information resources value-added service.
