摘要
通过对高职院校青年专职教师在担任兼职辅导员工作过程中存在的问题及其特点的思考,本文提出了一些应对措施及解决策略,对促进高职院校兼职辅导员工作有一定的理论指导意义。
In order to guidance counselor＇s work in higher vocational colleges, the advantages and disadvantages of young tea- chefs as part-time counselors in higher vocational colleges are analyzed, and some suggestions are proposed in the paper.
