缓释氯己定凝胶在慢性牙周炎治疗中的应用

摘要 目的探讨缓释氯己定凝胶在慢性牙周炎治疗中的临床应用效果。方法将2012年1-7月我院牙科共收治的48例慢性牙周炎患者按时间顺序随机分为对照组和试验组(缓释氯己定凝胶辅助治疗),各24例。结果对照组和试验组的各项牙周指标在行龈上洁治术后1周复诊时的数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,相比对照组,试验组的各项牙周指标明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缓释氯己定凝胶在慢性牙周炎治疗中能起到长效抑菌杀菌作用,有助于提高手术治疗的临床效果。
