云计算的特点是通过互联网就可以提供一切服务,近年来国内云计算产业在制定规划、平台建设、实际应用等方面发展迅速。云计算下的数字图书馆具有技术上和理念上的双重革新。云数字图书馆的基本系统架构包括基础设施、运营平台、应用平台、数字资源、检索系统等,通过搜索引擎和平台网站提供一站式服务。中国云数字图书馆的建设应由国家主导,以信息服务机构为主力,从有条件的地区向全国范围推进。
the feature of cloud computing is able to provide all services through Internet. In recent years, the cloud computing industry has rapidly developed in aspects of development of planning, construction of platform, and actual application, etc. Under the cloud computing, the digital library possesses dual innovation in technology and concept. The basic system architecture of the cloud digital library, which includes the infrastructure, operating platform, application platform, digital resources, and retrieval system, etc., can provides one stop service through search engine and platform website. The construction of the cloud digital library in China should be guided by the state, dominated by the information service institutions, and promoted from conditional areas into whole country.
