摘要
为了解山东省社区卫生机构患者的满意度及其影响因素,采用分层整群随机抽样方法选取739名就诊患者或其家属进行问卷调查,应用χ2检验和多元非条件Logistic回归进行分析。结果显示,社区卫生机构在就诊环境和服务态度方面得到了居民认可,但存在药费过高、服务能力欠缺的问题。
To explore the satisfactory degree of Community Health Service （CHS） and its influencing factors among the pa tients in Shandong province, stratified sampling and random sampling were used to select seven hundred and thirty-nine pa tients or their family members to conduct questionnaire surveys. Chi-square test and Logistic regression were used for anal ysis. It shows that the community residents in Shandong are generally satisfied with clinical environment and service atti tude, but not with drug expenses or medical workers＇ service ability.
