摘要
我国农业生态补偿法律制度在实施中还存在诸如法律保障机制不完善、补偿标准低、补偿资金渠道单一等问题,在很大程度上影响了我国农业生态补偿工作的推进。结合农业生态补偿的内涵和理论基础,针对目前我国农业生态补偿法律制度实施中存在的主要问题,从完善农业生态补偿法律保障机制、提高和优化补偿标准、拓宽补偿资金渠道等方面完善我国农业生态补偿法律制度无疑是解决我国农业生态环境问题、推进农业可持续发展的关键。
There are still many problems of China＇ s legal system of agro-ecology compensation, which have great effects on the promotion of the work of China＇s agro-ecology compensation. We should perfect China＇s legal sys- tem of agro-ecology compensation by combining the theory of agro-ecology compensation and the problems of the implementation of China＇s legal system of agro-ecology compensation, which is the key to solve the problems of agricultural ecological environment and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.
