摘要
以浙江省江山市为例,根据实地调查数据,运用二元logit选择模型,研究了集体林权主体改革完成后,影响林农积极性因素的分析,提出了进一步完善落实森林生态效益补偿基金制度,逐步建立以森林经营方案为基础的森林可持续经营新体制等政策建议。政策建议。
This paper takes Jiangshan City of Zhejiang Province as an example, according to the investigation data, using Logit choice model, study the collective forest tenure reform after completion, analysizes the influence of posi- tive factors of farmers, put forward policy recommendations,To further improve the forest ecological benefit com- pensation fund system, and gradually establish a sustainable forest to forest management scheme, based on the new system.
