摘要
创新范式的现代转型提出了大学与企业参与协同创新并不断提升协同层次的要求。创新协同的关键是大学和企业在创新能力中形成动态互补结构,在驱动产业创新中发挥乘数效应。近期我国大学知识创新能力迅速提升,大学与企业之间出现较大的知识势差。我们应正视我国企业内部研发不足的现实,通过强化创新竞争机制以及政府积极干预,激励企业提升参与协同创新的能力和深化大学体制创新。
The modern transformation of innovation paradigm requires innovation coop- eration between the university and the enterprise, and constant improvement of the cooperation level. The key point of innovation cooperation is the dynamic complementary innovation ability structure between the university and the enterprise, forming a multiplier effect in driving industrial innovation. Recently, the university knowledge innovation ability improves rapidly, which appears a larger knowledge gap between the university and the enterprise. Therefore,it should face up the reality of insufficient internal R＆D of Chinese enterprises, enhance innovation competition mechanism and strengthen the aggressive government inter- vention, so as to impel the enterprises to improve their cooperation ability. Meanwhile, the university should also deepen the institutional innovation.
