摘要
学科服务可持续发展面临学科馆员不足的困境,组建由学科馆员、采访馆员、系统馆员、咨询馆员、查新馆员等4至6人组成的学科服务自我管理团队可以激活图书馆人力资源,具有普适性,是突破困境的一种探索。学科服务自我管理团队的科学组建需要合理确定成员,精细梳理学科服务内容。文章提出逐渐授权、馆员自我管理、建设自我管理团队文化等措施,以促进其健康发展。
The sustainable development of subject service is facing the lack of subject librarian. Forming a subject service self-management team including 4 - 6 librarians: the discipline service librarian, acquisition librarian, system librarian, reference librarain, and novelty retrieval librarian, can activate the human resources, which is universal and an exploration of overcoming the difficulties. The scientific formation of the self-managent team needs to obtain members and determine the service content reasonably. The paper raises the measures of gradually authorizing librarians self-management, and constructing self-management team culture in order to promote its healthy development.
