摘要
在温室环境控制中引入以三菱PLC为主控单元的监控系统,上位机利用VB开发的应用程序作为监控和管理单元,下位机用PLC实现数据实时采集和对终端的智能控制。重点分析了利用三菱MX通讯软件包实现的PC与PLC的通讯,该通讯方式下,不用编程,只使用办公室常用的Excel软件,即可对PLC数据进行实时记录和图形化监视。实践证明,该通信方式下的监控系统连线简单、通讯稳定可靠、编程效率高、经济实用、扩展性强,可满足温室环境控制的精确化、智能化要求。
Introduced MX PLC as the main control unit in greenhouse environment control system,using PC system exploited by VB as a monitoring and management unit,using PLC system to realize real time data collection and to intelligent control the terminal.Analyzed the use of MX communication software package to realize PC and PLC communication,the communication mode,need not programming,use only office commonly used Excel software,can realize real-time record the PLC data and graphical monitor.Practice proved that the monitoring system under the way of communication had many advantages,such as simple attachment,stable and reliable communication,high efficiency programming,economic and practical expandability,meet requirements of precision and intelligent control,etc.
