摘要
目的分析亚健康状态与中医气虚质的关系与体质特征。方法按整群抽样法抽取广州市某医科大学在读各年级本科大学生共7 000名作为被调查的对象,使用的调查问卷是中华中医药学会颁布的"中医体质量表"及本课题组编制的"亚健康自评量表",由调查员在体检时进行现场调查,问卷当场收回。由中医学专家根据调查问卷进行评价诊断,依据体检报告排除患有各种实质性疾病者后进行统计分析。结果医科院校学生亚健康总体现患率为62.51%,女性现患率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。气虚质的亚健康大学生分布,女生明显高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其除具有气虚质的表现外,还兼夹了血瘀、气郁、痰湿等症状。亚健康大学生在心理、社会症状方面表现比较突出。结论医科大学学生广泛存在亚健康状态,特别是心理、社会方面的问题,需要学校加强关注,积极预防亚健康的发生。
Objective In order to study the characteristics of TCM construction of qi - deficiency among sub - healthy undergrad- uate students. Methods Through cluster sampling,7000 undergraduate students of Guangzhou were surveyed by Sub - health Self -rating Scale （SSS） and the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire （CCMQ）, and were divided into 9 TCM constitutions. Though field survey, the questionnaire was filled in by the subjects. According to Physical Examination Report, the experts removed the people with kinds of substantial illnesses which are based on the questionnaire diagnosis. Results Firstly, the result showed that the total prevalence rate of sub - health among undergraduate students was 62.51%. The prevalence rate of sub - health in female was higher than that in male, there were of statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Secondly, female is obviously more than male among the qi - deficiency students ,there were of statistical significance between different 9 TCM constructions（ P 〈0. 05 ）. It also includes the characteristics of phlegm - dampness blood stasis and qi - depression besides the construction of qi - deficiency among the construction of qi - deficiency of sub - healthy undergraduate students. There are many psychological and society problems among sub - health undergraduate students. Conclusion There are many psychological and Society problems among sub - health undergraduate students. It requires schools to strengthen attention to the students to actively prevent the occurrence of sub - health.
