摘要
为揭示人工林种植对土壤动物组成与群落结构的影响,采用手捡法和干湿漏斗法,对四川盆周西缘山地3种典型人工林土壤动物群落进行调查.结果显示,从3种人工林共获土壤动物1 869只,分属6门11纲23目,平均密度为2.09×104ind.m-2,其中,各人工林土壤动物密度排序为柳杉林(CF)>水杉林(MG)>楠木林(PZ),两两间均达显著水平(P<0.05).对不同类型土壤动物进行比较,结果显示,各人工林大型土壤动物密度存在显著差异,其类群数排序为CF>MG>PZ,中小型土壤动物密度以柳杉林显著高于水杉林和楠木林(P<0.05),但水杉林和楠木林无显著差异.对同功能种团的研究显示,枯食性、捕食性和植食性土壤动物密度以楠木林显著高于柳杉林和水杉林(P<0.05);杂食性土壤动物密度以柳杉林显著高于楠木林和水杉林(P<0.05);腐食性土壤动物密度以水杉林显著高于其他两类人工林(P<0.05).3种人工林土壤动物群落的密度-类群指数(DG)以柳杉人工林显著高于其他两类人工林(P<0.05),均匀度指数(J)以楠木林显著高于柳杉和水杉林(P<0.05),3类人工林的Shannon指数(H’)和优势度指数(C)均存在显著差异.
To understand the impact of different plantations on soil fauna is essential to achieve sustainable forest management and conservation of biodiversity. An investigation of soil fauna was carried out in three plantations on the western Sichuan Basin border. A total of 1 869 individuals of soil fauna, belonging to 6 phyla, 11 classes and 23 orders were collected, with the average density of 3 plantations as 2.09 ×10^4ind.m^-2. The order of density in each plantation was Cryptomeriafortune (CF) 〉 Metasequoia glyptostroboides (MG) 〉 Phoebe zhennan (PZ), with significant difference between any two plantations. Comparison among soil fauna of different sizes showed significant difference in macro-soil fauna between any two plantations, with the order of group number of macro-soil fauna as CF 〉 MG 〉 PZ. The meso-micro soil fauna density was significantly higher in CF than in MG and PZ, with no significant difference between MG and PZ. The study on guilds of soil fauna indicated that debrisophagous, predators and phytophaga soil fauna density in CF were significantly higher than that in MG and PZ (P 〈 0.05).
