硫酸镁局部用药用于利多卡因神经阻滞下磨牙拔除术后镇痛的效果 被引量：8

摘要 拔除阻生的磨牙是口腔科常见的手术之一，术后疼痛不仅影响患者正常进食，还可诱发强烈应激反应，使患者产生焦虑、恐惧甚至失眠，严重影响预后。有研究表明，硫酸镁局部用药可增强局麻药的镇痛效果。本研究拟评价硫酸镁局部用药用于利多卡因神经阻滞下磨牙拔除术后镇痛的效果，为临床应用提供参考。
