重庆市部分公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生现状调查及监督对策研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解重庆市部分公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况,探索卫生监督管理对策。方法根据卫生部制定的相关规范对重庆市部分公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理情况进行调查,对部分公共场所集中空调通风系统进行现场采样、检测。检测指标包括风管内表面积尘量,细菌总数,真菌总数,冷却水、冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌等卫生指标。结果 366家使用集中空调系统的公共场所,开展了卫生学评价的36.3%,制定了预防空气传播性疾病应急预案的65.6%。抽取的249家公共场所的空调通风系统管道积尘量和微生物等指标综合评价,符合国家标准的70.7%,其中风管内表面卫生指标中积尘量合格率77.6%,细菌总数合格率81.1%,真菌总数合格率79.3%,冷却水中嗜肺军团菌检出率8.4%,冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌检出率1.2%。结论重庆市公共场所集中空调通风系统存在卫生隐患,卫生部门应重视集中空调系统的清洗消毒工作并加强集中空调通风系统预防性审核和竣工验收工作,加大日常卫生监管力度,积极预防空气传播性疾病的传播扩散。 Objective To study the sanitary conditions of some public places in ChongQing with the central air con- ditioning ventilation system. To explore the health supervision and management measures. Method: According to the rules which formulated by the Ministry of Health, investigate the health management situation of central air conditioning ventilation system in public places of ChongQing and do on-site sampling and testing for the part of air conditioning and ventilation systems. The detection indexes include amount of dust accumulation, total number of bacteria, total number of fungi, total number of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water and condensation~ and other hygienic indexes. Results: It was 36.34% of the public places that carried out hygienic evaluation, and the 65.57% of the public places established the contingency plans of preventing the spread of airborne disease. There were 30% conformed to the national standard for the comprehensive evaluation of 276 extracted public places. Among them, the qualified rate of amount of dust accu- mulation was 77.57%, total number of bacteria percent was 81.09%, fungi total was 79.34%, the detection rate of Legio- nella pneumophila in the cooling water was 8.42%, the detection rate of Legionella pneumophila in the condensed water was 1.18%.Conclusion: There are safety risks for the central air conditioning ventilation systems in public places of ChongQing. The department of health should attaches great importance to the cleaning and disinfection of central air conditioning system. The preventive health supervision and completion acceptance should be strengthened to the central air conditioning ventilation system. Stepping up efforts of daily hygiene supervision and actively prevent the spread of airborne disease.
