摘要
信息知识服务转移是高校图书馆发展的必然趋势,是提高信息资源利用率及用户满意度的重要手段。对知识服务转移的转移者和接受者进行了探讨,分析了知识服务管理平台模式的转移及知识服务向信息化服务的转移。
The knowledge service transfer, which is an inevitable trend of the development of university library, is an important means for improving the utilization rate of information resources and the satisfaction degree of users. This paper probes into the transferer and receiver of knowledge service transfer, and analyzes the transfer of knowledge service management platform and the transfer of knowledge service to informatization service.
