体外受精-胚胎移植周期卵泡液中甾体激素水平与卵母细胞发育的关系 被引量:3

The Relationship between Steroid Hormone Levels in Follicular fluid and Development of Human Oocytes during in Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer

摘要 目的 :初步了解卵泡液中甾体激素水平与卵母细胞发育、成熟、胚胎着床的关系。方法 :用Gn RHa/FSH/h MG/h CG方案控制下超排卵进行体外受精 -胚胎移植 (IVF-ET)治疗 5 3例不孕患者 ,在取卵时留取卵泡液用放射免疫法测定雌二醇 (E2 )、孕酮 (P)、睾酮 (T)水平。结果 :受精组 P水平显著高于未受精组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,E2 /P比显著低于后者 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;未卵裂组 P水平低于卵裂组 ,T高于卵裂组 ,E2 水平在各组间无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;胚胎着床与胚胎未着床之间各参数无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;含过熟卵冠丘复合物 (OCCC)的卵泡液中 P水平显著低于成熟和未成熟组 (P均<0 .0 1 ) ,E2 /P显著高于后两者 (P>0 .0 1 )。结论 :排卵前卵泡液中高孕酮水平提示卵泡成熟健康 ,可能有助于卵母细胞受精 ,E2 与卵母细胞成熟、受精、卵裂无关 ,高睾酮水平可能与胚胎分裂低有关 ,卵泡液中甾体激素水平与胚胎着床无关。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between introfollicular steroid hormone levels and development of oocytes during in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF ET).Methods:Fifty three women underwent IVF ET because of tubal infertility under controlled hyperstimulation with GnRHa/FSH/hMG/hCG..Estradiol(E 2),progesterone(P) and testosterone(T) were measured in follicular fluid(FF) by RIA.Results:P level in fertilized group was higher than in non fertilized group( P <0.01),E 2/P was lower ( P <0.01).P level in cleaved group was higher than in non cleaved group,T level was lower,No significant was found for E 2 level between two groups.No significant was found in measured parameters between pregnant and nonpregnant group.P level in postmature OCCC group was lower than those in mature and immature groups( P <0.01,respectively),E 2/P was higher( P <0.01).Conclusion:Introfollicular P level is correlated best with maturity as well as subsequent fertilizability;T level may be related to cleavibility;Introfollicular steroid hormone concentrations may be not related to embryo implantation.
