摘要
介绍了机印印蜡的主要工艺过程及特点,分析了机印印蜡容易产生的如印后染色透底、蜡印布左右印蜡不匀、发丝纹不匀、蜡与布粘结不牢等问题,通过调整印蜡工艺,如加入2%以上的油相黏结剂等措施,严格控制和规范工艺操作,加强设备维护和保养,可以提高印蜡质量。
The main process and characteristics of waxing process are introduced. Problems are analyzed, SuCh as penetration of dyes to back side, side-to-side uneveness waxing, wax pattern uneveness and poor bonding between wax and fabric. The wax printing quality can be improved through adjusting the waxing process, adding 2% above oil phase cementing agent, strict- Iv controlling and norming the process and strengthening the equipment maintenance.
