摘要
介绍了纯棉筒子纱线染整加工工艺，包括松筒、前处理、染色和柔软处理等，给出了各工序的工艺处方、条件、流程和注意事项。结果表明，染色纱线的耐洗牢度、水浸牢度和汗渍牢度均较好，湿摩擦牢度也能达到3～4级或更高。
Dyeing and finishing process of cotton cheese is introduced, including procedure of loose winding, pretreatment, dyeing and softening. Formulations, technological conditions, steps and related considerations are pointed out. The results show that the dyed cheese features satisfactory washing fastness, water fastness and perspiration fastness. The wet rubbing fastness reaches 3-4 grade or higher.
