摘要
介绍了三种电子设备可靠性预计方法:元器件计数分析法、元器件应力分析法和软件分析法,并以实例展示了三种方法的不同之处。通过比较分析,给出各自优缺点的同时,也指出了在当前可靠性预计工程实践中存在的问题。
Three electronic equipment reliability prediction methods were introduced in this paper： the component count analysis, stress analysis of component and the software analysis. And the paper shows examples the differences of three kinds of method. Through the comparative analysis, given their respective advantages and disadvantages at the same time, also pointed out that in the current reliabil- ity prediction problems in engineering practice.
