摘要
对真菌茎点霉 2 99的进一步研究 ,又从中分离得到 3个活性化合物 2 99- I、2 99- Y和 2 99- AD。经波谱分析 (UV、EI- MS、1 H- NMR、1 3C- NMR- DEPT、IR) ,证实它们分别与 roridin A、D和 H相同 ,也属于大环内酯 trichothecenes类化合物。
In the course of a continuing search for immunosuppressants of Phoma 2 99fermentation with a simple Saccharomyces model,we have isolated and identified another three active compounds belonging to the roridin group. Their structures based on their spectroscopic data were confirmed to be roridin A,roridin D and roridin H respectively.
