人体脂联素循环浓度的生理药理影响因素分析

摘要 脂联素具有调节脂肪代谢、糖代谢、改善胰岛素抵抗、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗炎症等多种生理学功能。影响其浓度的生理因素为脂肪细胞的调控、翻译后修饰调控、自身的反馈抑制;药理学因素有过氧化物酶体增生物激活受体(PPARs)的调节、食用脂肪酸的作用、ACE抑制剂及AT1R拮抗剂的影响、大麻素系统的作用、大麻素系统的作用及环境因素、饮食习惯等。
