摘要
范忠泽教授认为肺癌主要由于正气内虚,痰、瘀、毒蕴结于肺所致,病位在肺,发病与脾、肾两脏关系密切。本虚标实是其主要病机,治疗提倡扶正为主,祛邪为辅;扶正当以滋阴生津、益气养阴为主,并重视顾护脾胃。临床谨守病机,辨证论治,颇有良效。
Professor Fan views that lung cancer is mainly caused by internal vital qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis stagnated in lung. Lung cancer located in the lung and its pathogenesis is closely related to spleen and kidney. Root deficiency and branch excess are the main pathogenesis,so strengthening body resistance as the major principle and eliminating pathogenic factors as the subsidiary principle. Nourishing yin to replenish fluid and supplementing qi to nourish yin are the main treatment methods. Spleen and stomach should be protected. Treatment of lung cancer should be based on different syndromes.
