摘要
对2007年营建在四川北川县的5年生紫玉兰20个无性系子测林进行调查,对调查后的各无性系生长性状进行方差分析、相关性分析,并估算性状间的遗传参数,进行优良无性系的初步选择。结果表明,20个5年生紫玉兰无性系树高、胸径、冠幅、嫁接口粗度以及单株干花重5个性状在无性系间均达到极显著差异;其生长性状之间均呈显著正相关;树高、胸径、冠幅、嫁接口粗度和单株干花重的重复力较小,分别为0.421、0.287、0.318、0.317和0.310,说明受环境影响小;通过对20个5年生紫玉兰无性系的5个生长性状进行综合比较,初步选择出1号、2号、15号及16号4个优良无性系,5年生时树高、胸径和单株干花重的平均值分别为3.4m、5.4 cm和0.552 kg,与参试总体各性状均值相比,生长性状表现突出。
Based on the investigation of the 5-year-old Magnolia liliflora clonal plantation in Beichuan of Sichuan, variance analysis and correlation analysis was made, and estimated genetic parameters, the preliminary superior clones selection was conducted. The results showed that tested plantation had better growth performance than the others. The tree height, DBH, crown width, size of grafted surface and dried flowers weight of Magnolia liliflora were significant differences in clones. There was a positive correlation among clonal growth traits. The vaule of re- peatability of tree height, DBH, crown width, size of the grafted surface and dried flowers weight were 0. 421, 0. 287 0. 318, 0. 317 and 0. 310 respectively. We selected 4 of the excellent clones preliminary. By comprehen- sive comparison, the average values of tree height, DBH and dried flowers weight in 5-year-old clonal were 3.4 m, 5.4 cm and 0. 522 kg respectively.
